Welcome!
My name is Rose Corrigan. I am an assistant professor of politics and law in the Department of History + Politics and the Earle Mack School of Law as well as director of Women’s Studies at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
My research focuses on law and social movements, particularly on the ways that law has shaped movements to respond to sexual and domestic violence. I am currently working on a book which examines how state-level policies affect the work of local rape care providers, especially their relationships with medical and legal institutions. This site provides information about my research and its implications for advocates who work on sexual assault and public policy.
